So, you’d like to request a refund?
We are sorry to hear that, but we understand. This year – thus far, at least – has been anything but what anyone expected it to be. We’ve had to change the dates for our event twice, resulting in a new date that is pretty much a year away from the original date.
Due to the investments made by us, the team behind the event, we hope that most people will want to keep their tickets and – most importantly – will actually visit the event in 2021. However, we understand that for some people this is simply too far in the future or that some people have other reasons for wanting a refund.
Our ticket-provider only allows us to cancel a bulk of tickets once and not on an individual basis. That’s why we’ve setup the following rules to accommodate this process:
- Fill in the form below (all fields required!) even if you have contacted us previously regarding a refund.
- Submit the form before October 1st, 2020.
- Submissions received on or after October 1st, 2020 will not be processed and honoured.
- Submissions received before October 1st will be validated and then processed for refund before November 1st, 2020.
